No customer service!!! They canceled my order when I clarify if the bag is Authentic! They said to avoid problem, the canceled my purchase. So maybe their product is not authentic or they really have no customer service at all!!! As a customer you have the right to double check about product info. Since it’s a huge amt. for me. I need to make sure it’s worth my money. I will NEVER again will deal with this seller!!! Red flag! Beware with this co.!!

The bag is beautiful and as described. But knowing now what I do about international shipping from Japan for items more than $800, I would not purchase again. The customs delays and high duties (import taxes) on top of the price paid plus sales tax makes this not a good way to buy vintage. I’ve purchased from other countries through Vestiaire, Poshmark, Luxury Closet etc without the customs headache and additional cost.
