Paid $169.06 for item which included $15.00 USPS Priority Mail from LA to MA. They shipped it 'media mail' (big box) to save cost. USPS inspected and said cannot be delivered. The only way to receive it was pay the $77.00 postage due. My hope was ririck-347 would do the right thing & refund me all if not part of the costs. They offered for me to to ship it back and will 'refund me fully'. Negative reviews show they're not to be trusted with this solution. No response since and been reported.

Sir we offered to refund you fully for the purchase. What the post office done was not right in no world is the post office supposed to charge that much postage.for something that weighs as little as that did I asked you to deny the package and we wouldn't shipped it through FedEx. I asked you to turn the package down and return to sender. You choose to pay them that enormous shipping cost when I have you instructions not to. We didn't save anything on shipping your not being truthful.
