disgraceful service. I have a number of the smart locks, wanted to upgrade so tried one of these out. Didnt work. Contacted customer service who took fully 10 days till i nudged them again, to be told that it has been escalated. So i gave up & just returned the item. Waste of time installing, uninstalling reinstalling original. It an happen i suppose, but the poor after service was bad,
