After the first badge provided went astray in the post, the vendor provided a rebate for the item and not the postage (fair enough). He then despatched another, this time "signed for". He kept me in the loop all the time. After a number of years purchasing various things on eBay this was the first loss. However, the aftercare service was excellent and shows the vendor in a good light. Wel done, and thanks.

I am happy with the vendor, who despatched a second article after the first had failed to arrive. Not very enamoured, however, with the Post Office, who were charged with the delivery of both articles.
