I know the seller felt really bad, but I had a horrible experience. First my order couldn’t be delivered due to the seller using the incorrect postage and I had to drive to my post office and pay $9 to retrieve the package. Seller reimbursed me. As soon as the package was handed to me I could hear the item was broken. Seller refunded me but because of the earlier $9 refund what she refunded me was the balance— what she should have actually refunded me was the entire amount I originally paid.
