CPU was bad. "Seller would not communicate". Offered a partial refund which I refused. Got a forced refund thru ebay without having to return item! Actions prove to me that he / they, knew it was bad when he/ they, sold it! Worked me to death! I dont give good feedback if it isn't deserved. Sorry.
