Got notification that the item had shipped with no tracking number. After several days of no updates, I reached out only to be told it had not shipped since they were out of the item I purchased. After some emails back and forth they shipped me another vest that was similar. ( I was able to choose from a selection they provided.) It still took almost a week to ship causing it to arrive after I needed it for a trip.
