We offered full refund with return shipping covered by us. Despite receiving disparaging remarks from the buyer, such as "I would donate this to the homeless shelter but it would depress the homeless!!", we maintained professionalism. The buyer chose refund. We promptly created a return label, but the buyer reported issues with scanning it, although we ensured it was the correct file. We did our best to assist with the return process but encountered difficulties on the buyer's end.
