Received a keyboard which was qwertz instead of qwerty which broke when attempting to alter

Love it when buyers try to blame the sellers - keyboard is advertised as QWERTZ, so buyer didn't read the listing properly. Why would you try to alter it???

The item I received was completely different from what I ordered the seller does not accept returns, the seller does not reply to my messages.

I did reply to the buyers message but it wasn't what they wanted to hear. The item was exactly what was ordered however it's not my fault that the buyer hadn't read the instructions properly and wasn't happy that batteries weren't included. The item description didn't have them as included in the box. Note to buyer - read the item description before you make a purchase!
