Awful company, save yourself the hassle and find another reputable book company
Advertised as using Royal Mail for all deliveries, however they use whoever is cheapest for my order this happened to be yodel, I prefer Royal Mail as i can collect from local sorting office once a card is left, afterall we all have busy lives and cant wait in for an unpredictable yodel delivery
Customer services are dreadful, had to open up a INR case with eBay and now have to wait for a refund.
