Il faut vraiment être maladroit de la part de la Poste pour abîmer un envoi en carton, plus grand que le livre. Le colissimo permet un remboursement du livre, mais là, tant mieux, il n'a ps été abîmé. De mon côté je fais le maximum pour que le livre soit bien emballé, mais je ne peux pas intervenir sur la livraison... Bonne lecture. Le libraire.
