Didn’t receive my sofa had to enquire only to be told it’s missing how you can lose a sofa I don’t know . Then told they don’t have anymore and would I like a refund of course I want a refund I’m not just going to let you keep my money without having the sofa . Still waiting for it to be refunded. ### REPORTED TO TRADING STANDS AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE ### nothing but issues arrived late and awful courier XDP AVOID. Sofa arrived damaged and base damaged, along with 2 pillows missing. I had no response from seller. Only opened a case, then they responded. I did them the favour of accepting the two replacement pillows (THEY only sent 1, I have evidence) also They have not refunded me the compensation for the damaged foot. Which should have sent out a replacement. AVOID AT ALL COST #
