I have plugged it in and power came on, but I will not use until I get pertinent information on operating. The seller's rating is listed at 92.3% positive. Also seller does not take returns. The item is completely new. It just lost a bag so I have to use a different bag to wrap it. Buyers are advised to contact sellers first if they are not happy with the purchase before writing unkind reviews.
