Not an exact fit. Had to cut to adjust the length. A couple of bolts were missing and had to go to the hardware store to get them. Parts don’t seal 100% tight, definitely not for deep water crossings. There where cheaper options but bought the more expensive one because said was the correct fit for my 2013 FJ cruiser. Mistake!!! Could have saved 50% Love the look too
