This vendor has very good ratings, but that is certainly not what I experienced.
I informed them four times that the item was not in the USPS system and seemed to be lost.
Even after 3 weeks and the item was still not in the USPS system, I still got a canned response telling me that all was well and I would just have to wait until I received the item to return it even though I asked them to cancel the order and refund .. I will update whatever the conclusion to this saga,
