i canceled the order due to description...it said green 👀 i mean the military has lots of green colors ie olive drab (od #3 light green ) or (od #7 dark green) and pea green which is between the two and then you have ww1 tan and ww2 khaki often times od #3 is confused with khaki though they are different over time sun bleach makes #3 appear a little khaki 👀 still my fault i should have asked first seller gave full refund no questions ty man

Leather straps were thick and in good shape, canvas belting all good. No rust anywhere. All good and as advertised. As well made as the best I have seen of these Type 56 gun slings. They are not pretty but I prefer these over leather since they are not as stiff.
Depends on the gun of course but if I need a little more length, or if don't have a good loop for the leather sling, I attach with 550 paracord -double looped - instead.
