    No tenemos claro qué quiere este comprador. Le informamos de que el perfume no estaba disponible, pero que podíamos enviarle una versión que no incluyera la caja original. También le ofrecimos un reembolso parcial. Aceptó, por lo que enviamos el artículo la semana pasada. Ahora ha dejado una reseña negativa diciendo que no somos fiables. Respondimos ofreciéndole cancelar el pedido si no confiaba en nosotros y reembolsarle el importe total pagado, pero dice que aún quiere recibir el artículo.
