I love the shoes, but haven't worn them yet because the left shoe is too, too tight. I bought a wooden stretcher, and liquid stretcher. No problem with the right shoe. I did not send them back because it was $14.00 to return. The cost was only $24.00. I would have only received $10.00 back, so I didn't care for that all. It's been months now. Next time I must check the return policy more closely. These are genuine suede, but the sole is hard. No issue with other flats.
