I messaged them immediately after I made the purchase to wait a few days to ship, as I was traveling. I got no response, and they shipped the item anyway. The Lesportsac bag was folded into quarters, and put into a very small shipping bag that was too small for it. The item is in brand new condition, with tags as described. It should have been packaged with more care into a proper size bag. Very disappointed with lack of communication and packaging.
