The seller said they would ship me another. (I didn't want my money back, I wanted a working unit!). They checked and said thy had stock. I waited another week and called. They checked again and found they did not have stock, but yet, they never notified me. So I was waiting for a part that wasn't coming. Very frustrating. They did then refund me.
