After more than 3 hours of continuous charging it wouldn’t connect so I factory reset the watch & then it just went into a never ending reset loop, then they said they would ship my replacement as soon as I sent them a copy of my return receipt because I told them I’d take a refund if I had to wait til they received it, they said ok & then didn’t do as they promised. Gave 2 stars for their communication.
