    Package was shipped the same day and then misrouted by UPS to the wrong location which took a few extra days for the delivery. All the buyers questions and concerns were responded to the same day as well but the buyer could not grasp the fact that I cannot control how long it takes for delivery after UPS misroutes a package. The most unreasonable person I've dealt with in 15 years of ebay. The whole episode was very strange...
