Kohler would not replace or send parts to repair, as the engineers decided that the cartridge replacement would not fix the issue. Seller refused to give any sort of refund. Extremely disappointing since the tub filler was over 2 grand. In emails prior to purchasing, he assured me it was in perfect working order and in mint condition.
