    It became clear after a few days that the seller was unreliable. Six days passed with no item shipped and no explanation from him. It’s frustrating to deal with sellers like this on the platform. Thankfully, I received a refund, though the reason stated was that I had canceled the order. Of course I canceled—it was clear he wasn’t going to ship the item.

    The buyer purchased the item on a Sunday and the handling time was clearly stated as 3-5 business days. At the time, I was in the middle of a long-distance move and planned to ship within the handling window. Despite this, the buyer sent multiple passive-aggressive messages, raising new complaints each time I responded. When they ultimately requested to cancel the order, I agreed to avoid further conflict. Their feedback unfortunately misrepresents the situation.
