    Item was shipped the very same day it was purchased. Buyer chose the shipping method. The item was not delivered late if you check the tracking, I cannot control the USPS. I even gave this buyer a discount on the item and they're still complaining that their item "wasn't delivered on time" despite the fact that the item was shipped the same day it was purchased and it was delivered within the specified time frame.
