There's a difference between "New, never used" and "In excellent condition", which applies to "Well, I know I never used it." To be clear, the item IS in excellent condition, and was cleaned well, but it's NOT new- dust, marks on the paint, evidence of tape and something else on the power cord- not stuff that happens to a device that lived in a box. It's not enough to return it or seek a refund, but enough that I'm gonna say my piece. This is a problem on ebay, and people need to stop doing it.
