SELLER BEWARE! Manipulative bitter buyer. We were not rude. Our 20+ yrs of positive seller feedback/happy customers speaks volumes. Buyer opened false defect claim to circumvent return policy when she clearly admitted it was a fit issue, and we provided an accurate description/measurements. eBay customer service said it was clear she was abusing return policy, risk management would be investigating, & reporting her was the right thing to do. Now she keeps item, opens a chargeback, leaves NEG FB.
