The food they sent me was not the size that I ordered so I had to send it back to them, to get a refund,, using the postal method they recommended.They did pay part of the return postage in advance but refused to pay the entire amount so now I am out of pocket for a mistake that was not my fault. I think that is completely unacceptable.
