DISHONEST seller . Fraudulently mailed my package in a flat rate priority box , covering with brown tape to mail it even cheaper as ground . USPS caught it and my package had postage due . Seller REFUSED to refund me the postage due . Lied and said I had to contact eBay to get that partial refund which is not true . Sad thing is , I paid $12.35 shipping and flat rate was $10.40 . She had plenty enough to mail it right . She wanted to keep as much of the shipping as she could . Karma coming.
