The product that I have been looking for awhile came with regal bowl damaged. I asked for a partial refund just so I could get the bowl replaced and that was a no go. I would have to return the entire product which is not what I want to do. It would be easier for me to find a replacement part then find the whole machine. I am not happy with the outcome. I will find another bowl.
