The car arrived in excellent condition. Some of the chain hooks came loose in shipping. This is not the seller's fault. The chains come loose very easily, and it can take hours to get them all back on correctly. Since the chains do not actually operate the derrick, I solved the problem by gluing the chain hook attachment points. Now the Derick Car is a great addition to my train set.
