I've done a basic cleaning of the exterior and applied some lubricants, etc to help it run smooth. Please examine the pictures for missing/broken railings and couplers. There does appear to be a missing front lamp cover. Assuming there are lamps underneath, neither are working. Couplers (if attached) have not been tested, since most people will likely replace them with their preferred choice anyways. What you see is what you get (if it's not in the pictures, it's not included). Please refer to the pictures and use the zoom-in feature to get a closer look. Sold as-is.”
