The correctional facility would not distribute the book to the intended customer saying the distributor is not on some list of approved sellers. You say returns are not accepted so that leaves me on the hook for paying for the product without it going to the intended customer. Therefore, I request a refund of what I paid for it. Thank you.

Buyer provided an address to a correctional facility and the item was confiscated by the prison authorities (as is ALWAYS the case). Offered refund if/when the item is returned to me. A clear act of negligence on the part of buyer.
