Without you contacting me and informing/communicating there is an issue, there is zero way for me to know and you eliminate all remediation options at that point. 1/I do my best to inspect each & every product.2/I avoid opening or disturbing the packaging on items 3/I know about the products, but I had zero knowledge there was a code present and without basic communication eliminates my ability to fix a situation and for your remediation options
