Item was disassembled and could have been packed better for shipping, parts/screws were just rolling around in a box with no packing material. Box was taped up well and it did arrive complete, nothing missing, nothing broken. Sometimes I ask seller to pack an item well, I didn't this time, but wish I did, I learned a lesson. BUT it all worked, so I guess it didn't matter this time.
