Item was not as described, was listed as like new. Lower scagg was obviously repaired at some point, should have been in the description.

It was NEVER described as "like new". Read desc for yourself. And I cannot see what weld they are talking about in any of their pics? Looks like the tip of the skeg may have gotten a tiny chip in shipping but remember these pics are super zoomed in. Why not start a UPS claim if they want to report it or I have a 30 day return policy on all my items so simply return it if the buyer thinks it was misrepresented?? But I never stated it as "like new" and IT IS in "excellent condition" as described.
