Assess the paintwork condition with the photos which reflect minor restoration. The 10x24 black plastic wheels slow little or no evidence of use. There are no casting or other reasonably discernible defects. It displays as near mint or better. The models I am currently listing are from my collection. Many were purchased from others at some point in the past. Condition grades less than MINT will have a degree of imperfection, restored or not, which may not be reflected in the photos and/or may be overlooked by the seller in the process of listing.
