Item not received - interminably slow communication with seller - case opened + the seller swiftly requested that I close the case & said he would then send out a replacement - I declined to do this & for some reason seller sent a partial refund - I really can't be arsed with arguing over a few pounds, but this seems to be common practice now with some sellers and needs calling out for what it is!
