Item sold as new, initially worked fine but failed after two months of use. These devices come with a 12 month warranty . so after contacting my zone asking them to resolve the problem I was shocked to be told the device was out of warranty. In fact the device was first registered for use in 2018 so how this has been sold as new is beyond me.
