I ordered a swing canopy and got a message within a couple of hours that they didn't have it in stock--the only one they had was damaged beyond use. I tried to get them to cancel the order, but they kept arguing with me trying to get me to buy a different color or a bigger size that wouldn't fit. I finally got them to cancel it. They were friendly the entire time which is why I'm giving them four stars on communication, but it was frustrating.
