I asked the seller if this locomotive is DCC? The seller responded:
"Atlas Classics are DCC out of the box". The locomotive does not work on DCC, But I decoded to keep it anyway, only because it runs quite and smooth on DC, It is the quietest locomotive I've ever seen.
