The seat I have on my bike is a Lowrider but does not indicate that it is. So I ordered a lowrider seat only find out my bike is equipped with this seat already.
I can not return the seat because shipping is OVER $400! Now I am stuck with a seat I do not need and out over $100.

I received a defective item. Item had visible damage and was protruding from box when it arrived. Upon opening, item has scratches all over it. Item also has a loose piece of metal rattling in it, which is another defect.
Seller essentially told me it’s no big deal and I need to expect that with “unbranded” goods. Completely dismissing my concerns.
Could you please let me know what options I have? I do not want a defective item.
