This phone is brand new and works really well! The screen and white backing is perfect. Camera takes 50mp quality photos, storage is 256 without a memory card all for a great price. Upgraded from a Pixel 3 and it's a night and day difference. Seller was quick to send out the package. There is still factory plastic on the exterior of the phone. Worked with my Verizon sim card so yes the call and text functionality works perfectly.
