Very long shipping time (two weeks) even though they are said to be on the same coast. Earrings were fine except the posts were both bent flat because they were not packed in a box but instead packed in tissue and then shipped in an envelope which presumably was crushed in shipping. On the positive side they kept me informed regarding the multiple changes in when the item would arrive which was a fortnight rather than a week after purchase. So all in all a neutral experience.
