I've been buying on eBay for over 20 years and by far this is the worst seller I've dealt with.
Purchased and paid for item on 5/6/24, on 5/16 I contacted him asking why it hadn't shipped yet and he never responded.
On 5/19 I got fed up waiting for him to ship it and wanted a refund, he then finally drops it off on 5/20.
I received it today 5/25 and he wrapped the figure with colored advertisement paper which transfered red dye on the white paint of the figure!
Will never buy from him again!
