When I opened the shipping box I found the printer model is a MFC-9320CW not the MFC-9325CW as stated in the description. The printer recieved requires loading a different support driver into my computer. The reason I needed a MFC-9325CW is because I have several of that model in my office. I wanted to keep all of them the same. So I was willing to pay the extra for it. Now I am trying to decide what to do next. Also I ship out and recieve alot of Idems. So I think the shipping cost was high.
