I ordered this May 17th delivery was expected 5/23-5/29. I had repeatedly messaged seller asking to pay extra for faster shipping to ensure that it would get here for my nephew's birthday on 5/26. The seller never responded, and still hasnt shipped the item as of 5/28. I still have to wait until 5/29 to make a formal complaint and hopefully get my money back. You should be able to cancel an item up until the seller reports that it has been shipped. That way I could have gotten a different gift
