Your description said: Condition: Kit is new, never opened, sealed in plastic. That was a lie. It was in open box condition with no new sealed package. The foam to the bed was decayed.

I apologize, it was the last one and was taped shut instead of sealed. I mistakenly assumed it had been checked by the previous owner. I have since changed the description of my House of Miniature kits to include the boxes that may have been opened. Once the kit returns to me, of course you will receive a refund.
