      This man cheated me badly in spite of my trying to work with him. He would not accept a return with the standard return label he is supposed to provide and FedEx advised me that he would not be obligated to return my payment to EBay when he gets the diamond back from me. Don’t risk doing business with this man: you have lots of other choices. ( by the way; eBay was not helpful either!) peTer Belding

      There has been no cheating done here, buyer changed his mind and requested a return which he is entitled to do...We have been 100% polite throughout, eBay has not told him we have to pay the return label as he claims and FedEx has no influence over the refund process, simply enter the tracking number and eBay will refund you automatically when the item arrives....We have been selling here for 20 years, we do not cheat customers period!....Thanks Jeff
