Seller Notes: “This is a fabulous pair of Zimlay solid wood bookends. They are chunky block letters A and Z. The ... “This is a fabulous pair of Zimlay solid wood bookends. They are chunky block letters A and Z. The are style 14412. They are stained a nice, medium brown with a matte finish. Each bookend measures 8" tall x 5" wide x 4" thick. Each bookend weighs 2 lb. The combined weight is 4 lb. They are in very good condition. There are some minor knicks on the corners and edges but I think most of it is just the handmade nature of the bookends. The Z does have a crack on the top, backside of the letter. It is just a natural fissure of the wood. It is not noticeable when in use as it is on the back. A touch of wood glue would ensure the crack did not grow if it is of concern to you. Please see the photos for specifics on the condition of this stylish pair of A to Z bookends.”
